5 советов для пиара на рынке США


1. Правильно расставляйте приоритеты
Без хорошего продукта долгосрочный пиар бесполезен, а смысла в разовой публикации не очень много, поэтому главным фокусом для компании должен оставаться продукт, на фоне которого и будет строиться вся коммуникационная стратегия. К сожалению, в 21 веке многие фокусируются в первую очередь на маркетинге и пиаре, что выливается в копеечную ценность любых публикаций.

2. Не занимайтесь пиаром сами
Что объединяет канатоходца и пиарщика? Слишком высокая цена ошибки. Одно неверное движение — смерть. Одна неосторожно брошенная фраза пиарщика приводит к репутационному краху компании: потенциальные инвесторы отказываются от сделок, хейтеры пожирают в комментариях, партнеры перестают сотрудничать. Оправиться после такого, порой, очень тяжело, а некоторым компаниям и вовсе не удается. Поэтому коммуникациями должен заниматься настоящий профессионал в своей области.

3. Подумайте, прежде чем обращаться в агентства
Большая проблема агентств - незнание продукта на должном уровне. Грамотный пиарщик обязан разбираться во всех ключевых метриках и ЦА продукта, чтобы расставлять приоритеты и акценты в своей работе. На мой взгляд, человек внутри команды априори лучше любого агентства, и зачастую обходится компании дешевле. Он быстрее реагирует на инфо-поводы, обладает большей информацией и работает намного оперативнее. Агентств зачастую ограничиваются лишь написанием и массовой рассылкой пресс-релизов. При поиске грамотного пиарщика на рынке США возникает другая проблема: таких специалистов в РФ практически нет.

4. Занимайтесь пиаром постоянно
Нельзя задумываться о прессе только при появлении инфо-поводов. Работа с западными медиа требует постоянной отдачи и взаимодействия. Именно поэтому пиарщик должен работать постоянно, а не привлекаться по мере появления новостей.

5. Не верьте стереотипам
Западные медиа не пишут про российские стартапы. Журналисты не любят проекты из России. Чтобы про нас написали, нам нужно заплатить денег. Нельзя заниматься пиаром удаленно. Всё это и многое другое – полная чушь. Нет ничего невозможного, и мой опыт это доказывает.
